3 Common Cosmetic Mistakes and Some Possible Solutions

Have you had some surgery recently and are now regretting it. Below are three common mistakes people make and some solutions both evasive and non evasive.

1. Botox gone wrong

Are you fed up with the permanent "startled bunny in the headlights" look? If so, Thorlos tennis socks you can help reduce that frozen look by giving your face a simple massage every day using an oil based cleansing balm. Make sure to use small circular movements whilst doing so.

If this doesn't work you can always go down the cosmetic surgery route again. Botox can be re-balanced by using what is called Microtox. Microtox are baby sized jabs of Botox which are injected elsewhere in the face to counterbalance any unevenness in the skin. However if there is a whole area of the face frozen you will more than likely have to wait for up to 6 months before doing anything.

2. Lips out of control

Have you gone too far with the fillers and look like something from a horror movie? If you had your lips filled with a hyaluronic acid-based plumper then you are in luck as an enzyme called hyalase can be used to ease those effects within a week.

It is definitely worth bearing in mind that there are plenty of plumping lip glosses and other produced on the market which are very effective and I would certainly choose this option as once you have fillers then can only be removed surgically.

3. Tattoo terrors

Loads of people have tattoos and most love them but you will always get some people that deeply regret getting them. They can of course be removed now with laser treatment which basically emits pulses of light to break down the tattoo pigment. There is no easy to say this but, yes it will hurt and probably just as much as when you got the tattoo in the first place and unfortunately you may need up to 10 treatments.

If this all sounds too much you could just use makeup. Apply a layer of concealer followed by powder and then repeat this until the tattoo is concealed. It should be covered after 3 layers but it will vary depending on the tattoo. There are also tattoo camouflage kits available which contain various powders and concealers that will cover up that nasty tattoo for up to 24 hours.

As always make sure you use a reputable and registered practitioner before engaging in any of the above.
